You want the "Natural" E. It will say "D-Alpha Tocopheral" The synthetic one will say "DL-Alpah tocpheral" So, make sure there is no "L" in the name and you will be fine.

Now, a couple of questions. Have you ever had Rheumatic Fever? If you have, then you will not be able to take it, for some reason, I do not know why, folks that have had Rheumatic Fever are not able to tolerate Vitamin E in any form.

Do you have high blood pressure? If so, start at a low dosage and work up, take it week by week until you are up to the amount you need to take. For example, the first week, only take 100IU, then the next increase by another 100, do this until you reach 400IU's, this is the normal amount that most folks take.

Hope this is of some help.
