Vitamin/Mineral interaction

Is is okay to take Calcium citrate or carbonate, Magnesium, Zinc  with Rythmol SR 325mg ?

I think you should check with your doctor before adding supplements to your daily regime.  Some (or all) of those supplements can affect your heart rate.

I agree with Momto3, my Mum has just been told not to take calcium as she has too much in her body and it could affect her heart, she had a blood test to see if she could have osteoporosis treatment and it came back with too much calcium in it. I wasnt aware of calcium causing problems but apparantly it does.
