As Bill Clinton said "it depends on what is, is." A normal heart rate ranges from 60-100 beats a minute resting, but there are lots of people that perfectly normal outside those boundaries. A definition of normal would also include what is the heart rate variability, how quickly does it recover after exercise, etc. If you are worried, it is probably best to ask your doctor if everything is ok.
