WPW or other pre-excitation disease??????

Im a 23 yr old male and otherwise healty, for the past year I've been experiencing left side chest pain, palpatations, and weird heart beat felt in the chest and throat.  I was reviewing my ekg's and was wondering if any of them suggested any type of abnormal heart rhythm.

Do any of these ekg printouts suggest anything? Like the PR interval and the QRS duration???  Thanks

I hope you figured out what's going on by now! :-) I just wanted to ask, did your Dr. state anything about your EKG? Because WPW is characterized on an EKG by a wave called the delta wave which is a slurred upstroke in the QRS complex that is associated with a short PR interval.This shows up even at rest. On a reassuring note my father had WPW and he was diagnosed on an EKG machine in 1969, the first time they ran it on him. So its a safe bet the Dr. would have picked this up given the improvement in technology. Also a way for you to tell the different between SVT and regular sinus tachycardia is that SVT starts and stops in one beat. Sinus tachy takes more time than that to build up. :) Your pr and qt values look normal.

I don't know those figures what are they respresented.  I have wpw since 15 yrs old.  My normal ECG number printed like the following:

Rate : 70
PR : 160
QRSD : 167
QT : 460
QTc : 496

P : 48
QRS : -57
T : 103

I have a permanent pacemaker and the lower rate set at 70.  I'm not the pacemaker dependent.
