Weaning off atenolol
I`ve been on atenolol 25 mg for about 1 month and i`m currently weaning off it. I reduced the dose to 12.5 mg for 1 week and now i`m taking 6.25 for another week, but when i reduced from 12.5 mg to 6.25 mg i started feeling synthoms like increased HR, dizziness and fatigue. Is this normal while weaning off atenolol?

It very well can be. Are you working with your doctor to come off the medication? They may have a different way for you to come off of it, like take 2 weeks before reducing or taking a pill every other day etc. Most people coming off of beta blockers notice a difference in the HR etc while their bodies adjust.
