Weird heart beat/ palpitations and swelling

Hi im hoping to get some advice. I am 19 years 5ft 5 and weigh 126 soim pretty normal weight. For some reason for the past 3 years everytime i try and nap durig the day my heart feels as though its beating very quick and you can feel my chest about to pop out making it weird to breath. Its a kind of feeling you get when you run alot and stop out of sudden to catch your breath, yet im only napping. i only at times have my hands at feet start to swell up a bit and feel weird. Any ideas what it could be? i havent gone to the doctors yet because frakly im terrified of them and getting blood work done. any help?

I think you should see a cardiologist if you are having palpitations and feet swelling.
Just to be safe, even if you are only 19. Maybe its unrelated, but what if its not?
