I have this condition and have posted recently.  If you are still monitoring this, please reply.  I'd be interested to know if you had the pacemaker, as I am thinking about having one.

Mobitz type 1 (2nd degree AV block-Wenckebach) is almost always a benign condition for which no specific treatment is needed.

Most people with Wenckebach  do not show symptoms. However, those that do usually display one or more of the following:

Light-headedness
Dizziness
Syncope (Fainting)

The goal is to find the underlying cause. Temporary pacing has been used, but this is typically for those who are experiencing bradycardia (slow heart rate) until the cause has been addressed.
