What are the perameters for my pulse rate<

I have dilation of the left atrium and arrhythmic heart beat. Six weeks ago, I underwent cardioversion which successfully put me in sinus mode. Three days later my heart relapsed to an irregular beat once more. My pulse rate is about 58 per minute. Is this normal for my condition or should I be concerned?

Sounds like the cardioversion didn't work (hold), that happens and has happened to me, several times with different periods of sinus, from about 18 months to about one week, a little better than your case, but still worthless.   In my case I'm thinking electro cardioversion, not drug cardioversion.

If you are in AFib you should be under care/treatment, and at least be on an anticoagulant, which be aspirin, depending on you collection of risk factors, AFib being a major one for clotting.

Were you on any arrhythmic drug following your cardioversion?  If not, that may be why the cure was so short.

Your stated (rest assumed) HR of 58 is great, you don't need any "rate control".  I take a beta blocker to slow me down to the 70-85 range.

You need to talk with your doctor about what's next.  If you were converted by drugs, then maybe a higher dose or a stronger drug could be tried.  If you were electro cardioversion treated, it may be reasonable to try again with different drug follow up.
