Patient is 19 years old teen boy, diagnosed with PSVT and moderate hypertension, currently on Propafenon tbl a 150 mg 3x1, Bisoprolol tbl a 5mg 1+0+1/2, Ramipril tbl a 5 mg 1x1, He's having his "attacks" almost everyday, he's on waitlist for heart ablation procedure, What can be seen on this ECG https://postimg.org/image/jhsjqa7ev/
