It sounds to me like you should be on a medication, such as a beta blocker, to lower your blood pressure. From what you posted, I assume your doctor did not prescribe any medication.
Thank you for your answers.The BP usually gets 140/80 anyway i have been taking some vitamins only,because i have asked some people and they have told me that would pass so i'm waiting.
how high does your BP get? people don't normally feel BP unless it gets very very high
