What is happening to me?

I'm a 22 year old male I'm 5'9 and weigh 250 lbs. I do have anxiety and depression but just hear me out.
Starting back in 2012, I woke up one night with my left arm numb and a very anxious feeling of doom.
I ran to wake my dad up and was freaking out.
I started feeling like I was gonna pass out but then my dad told me to breathe normal. I stopped for a while but then came back a few months later. (August of 2013 i think) around this time, i started getting dropping feelings in my chest and heart palpitations and developed hyper awareness of my heart and pulse. One night, while I was running up stairs, I felt my heart start racing and pounding at around 170-200 BPM so I called 911. They shot me up with stuff, put me on an EKG/ECG, and I think that was it. I don't even remember them checking my blood. They diagnosed me with anxiety, wrote me a prescription for anxiety meds, and sent me on my way. However, even though I was taking the meds, the palpitations, tight chest, and heart drops kept coming and  nothing was changing. The symptoms never stopped I just learned to live with them. But recently, I've been getting electric jolts, I wake up with my heart racing, difficultly breathing, jolts and feeling like my heart almost stopped. I had erectile dysfunction for a few days, but that went away, I had difficult peeing although a I drink nothing but water now, but that went down too, but I do still sometimes have difficulty getting it to come out. Ive been having constant constipation and can defecate even after I eat a bunch of food. I get blood in my excrement and pains in my sides, about a week ago I was getting feelings like my insides (or maybe organs) were collapsing. No pain, just weird collapsing sensations. I've also noticed I can breathe without manually controlling my breath and I often feel like I cant breathe in my sleep. About a week or two ago, I went to the hospital 3 days in a row for all of my symptoms and told them everything Ive been experiencing since 2012. They put me on the EKG/ECG, they xray'd my chest, used a stethoscope on me, tested my blood and urine and all they could find was high liver enzymes and told me to get free tests at the health department (I don't have health insurance and I'm poor and live with my dad and sis) but my diagnosis still doesnt explain my symptoms. My heart can race up to 200 BPM when I jog, run, or climb stairs, I get a pounding and racing heart (usually around 100-140 BPM) and sometimes short of breath when I stand up from a sitting or laying positon. ( I've been betting that since 2013) Please help...  I feel hopless and feel like I'm dying slowly... I also feel slower in the head lately and foggy, almost like I'm in a dream (not all the time though) Ive been to the doctors 5 times in the past 4 years and have never had a diagnosis that explains my symptoms. I feel as if my body is losing control of my vital bodily functions like my organs are shutting down or something and I'm scared. I've described every single symptom to the doctors. I don't know what to do... Thanks in advance.

I think you may have anxiety, but high liver enzymes are not something to just ignore.  You should follow up on that with a blood test. also get your thyroid checked before you write it off to anxiety problem only.

Sounds like generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).  I have it too.  You are very focused on the symptoms.  If the root cause is GAD, treat the GAD.

I've also noticed I can't breathe without controlling my breath manually*
My heart also pounds and races when I stand up from a sitting or laying position along with difficulty breathing.
You are young and your heart has been checked out and found to be OK.  You need to believe this is true, but it's clear that you are suffering from a disabling health anxiety and need serious help with that.

It is time to have a long consultation with your mental health provider.
