Whats happening ?

I am getting these skipped heart beats now,all day on and off but for the past hour or so after i eaten my indian (chicken tikka and boiled rice, poppadom and an onion barji).. I have had them every few minutes, my pulse is only 88bpm and i am getting ""Beat, beat pause BEAT beat" etc ?

Is this a pvc or a pac? (my 48 hr holtor in dec recorded pvc's and pac's)

This is setting my anxiety off :-(

Whats caused this to flare up, is it the msg and salt in my food?

No;-( lol..

They are really setting off my anxiety, i get them when i am calm, i not had any anxiety today, been a nice chilled out day, then BANG after my dinner.. have had that many since my first post, they are actually starting to hurt a little as it thumps during a pvc/pac,,,ya know? Aching!! I have not got any other symptoms of course!! But why am i getting these? What exactly is going on in there? I allready know the answer to that, getting extra beats from artia (sp) Or/and ventricle (sp) ? But why i dont know, i was getting them before my dinner anyway but now and then every hr or so!!

grrrrr Go away please, your ruining my life!! And why is my propanalol not helping? My heart rate is fine but the skips are what bothers me.. :-(

It sounds like eating is definitely the trigger for you based on what you've said here and in some of your other posts. It may be something in the food, but it may also be the expectation that the food may trigger it that actually triggers it. I say that because it sounds like you've been experiencing these with other meals as well, and so maybe you were looking at this Indian food thinking: hmmm, a little spicy, maybe some msg, probably more salt than I should have... I wonder what this is going to do to me and so perhaps your anxiety was already rising before you even ate. I'm just making a guess here as to what your mind was doing, so maybe I'm way off base, and it's just the food itself. Hard to say which ingredient specifically without doing some kind of experiment with yourself, and boy wouldn't that be fun?
