Why?

Me again. Why am I having fast heartrate? I posted earlier that my event monitor went off automatically this morning while I was feeding my son breakfast. The nurse called after I called it in and said my heart rate was 115. I had just woken up, was sitting down. Why is this happening? I feel like no one can tell me anything. My Endo just sent me to a Cardiologist. Is this because of my Hashimoto's? Is it because of the tiny baby 12.5 mcg dose of Synthroid that I am on? Nurse said all of my recordings are all fast heart rate, that's it, nothing irregular. What is going on?

A HR of 115 at rest, not sure one is at rest when dealing with a baby.. or do I misinterpret "feeding my son breakfast"?   Anyway, I suspect the reason you are wearing a monitor is so that the cardiologist can diagnose what is causing you higher than normal HR.  I do not know anything about your Synthroid, but think you should look up what side effects it can have/cause.   I high HR may be one of them .. could be, I do not know.
