Wide Pulse Pressure after Exercise

I am a 55 year old African American Female who exercises 30 minutes almost every day.  I have a history of MVP and recently noticed that I frequently register a b/p of 112/43-44 immediately after I workout.  I know that I sometimes have irregular heartbeat or skipped beats during exercise and am wondering if this is a serious problem.  I am within norm on all other health aspects, including weight, except for mildly elevated LDL and osteoporosis.

You should have a Holter monitor done for peace of mind, but generally if you have no symptoms at that level you are probably fine

Thanks for the comment.  I have had several Holter Monitors and several Echos done.  Surgeon says that I am fine especially with my healthy activities, but I still wonder from time to time.  He offered to do Open heart to repair the valve, but I told him that the very thought of it increased my palpitations 10 fold...
