ablation effects on papillary muscle function

I had a cardiac ablation done in 2007. The foci was near the posterior mitral papillary muscle insertion .  Preop I had mild mitral valve prolapse w/out regurgitation. I have been totally asymptomatic since and off all meds.  I just had my annual stress/echo which had a 10 sec run of v tach when my HR hit about 165. Also my echo showed moderate regurgitation. My LVEF was 68%.  I am still asymptomatic generally fit,(exercise daily, no smoke or etoh) Last angio (2008) was completely normal. Any Ideas ???
