abnormal ecg

hello doctor
    my father is having an abnormal ecg stating normal sinus rhythm with occational premature ventricular complexes non specific Twave abnormality .is it a serious thing to consider ,is it an attack symptom what does the changes in t wave do,what is the reason and why is it due to.any immediate medical care is required.he is ageing (aging) 56 yrs plz advice me

sinus rhythm is normal.
PVCs are premature beats from the lower chamber of the heart.  The significant of PVCs depending on the underlying condition of the heart.
Non specific T waves is a very generic statement.  It does not mean much in the setting of an EKG interpretation from the machine.  It really has to be interpreted in context to why the EKG was done and the underlying risk factors.  I cannot assess whether he needs immediate medical attention over the internet, but but is worth discussing the EKG with his doctor.

thank you for your reply doctor i will be much happy  to know since his   ecg was taken due to his bp 140/110  pulse rate was 64  he was having vomiting sensation and head ace .thank you verymuch for your answer
