I think you may want to start with your surgeon and/or primary care doctor.
The tachycardia of 90-108 isn't in my view extremely dangerous, but it should be checked soon (a few days maybe) by a doctor. You didn't mention you past resting HR, if it was in the 60s then you have a real increase, if in the 80 range, then you may see the current HR slow when you get more settled, recovered from the unexpected complicated surgery.
I have no ideas on the relationship between anemia and tachy.. or if there is one. I also draw a "blank" on the Hematocrit so can't comment there either.
