anterior wall breast attenuation artifact

anterior wall breast attenuation artifact

HI, recently i had a dobutamine stress/rest myocardial perfusion spect. I'm a 46y/o women, that most of the time i'm in bed due to back injurie since 2 years ago, no exercises, weight 89 pounds, lost of muscle tone and with erractics change of the heart's rhythm that sometime gave chest pain, short breath.  Findings: images post stress and rest reconstructed in horizontal long, vertical lon and shor axis with anterior wall breast attenuation artifact. At rest not demonstrated any redistribution effect. Gate images post stress show adequate wall thinckening and no wall motion abnormalities identified. Left ventricular ejection fraction has a value of 77%. No scintigraphic evidence of reversible perfusion changes to suggest dobutamine induced myocardial ischemia. Do i need to the cardiologist or this result are fine and thats it?
