antihistamine without tachycardia

Please help! my skin itch so bad from sunburn it makes me lose sleep which worsen my health.

supposedly antihistamine could help with itch but most antihistsmine has tachycardia as an side effect and im very sensitive and my tachycardia, palpitation already bad :(
Anyone knows antihistamine that safe for tachycardia, palpitation surferer?

In the past i already got bad experience from doctor prescription drug side effect, though i already say my issue. not all of them really know well about pharmacology.

I wonder how much is absorbed through the skin vs. taking as a pill?

Would applying topical lotion contain calamine and diphenhydramine which is antihistamine would be fine?

Antihistamines are a known trigger for people prone to supraventricular tachycardia.  All my life, I was unable to take allergy drugs because of this reason.  I would check with your physician, and pharmacist because I think there now may be compounds available with give the desired effect without the side effects.   You could also address the tachycardia issue and eliminate that which would allow you to take any antihistamines with experiencing the side effects.
