I am 55 yo anglo male. I have a low energy level but enjoy being active and always been "healthy as a horse". For the last few years, I tire too easily and have been taking my BP and Pulse rate at public places. 10 years ago after an unusually long/hard stretch at work for a couple of weeks and sudden stress, I went numb for the most part and thought I was having a heart attack. Went to my doctor at the time and waited for about an hour and everything checked out fine when I was seen. Had an angiagram and all was well. Credited it to stress/panic attack. I have a history of untreated low blood pressure. Now there are times where I feel "funny"/tired/sluggish (but not like the stressed episode) and I have been checking my BP/pulse. My BP has fluctuated between 125 to 140 & 80 to 92 range and pulse has varied from 76 to 97. I have no insurance now and am financially unable to see a doctor.
Hello,
i recently had an ECG. it was sinus rhythm with juvenile t wave inversion as it showed t wave inversions in lead V1 and V2. i still plan to have a 2d echo done. what is the most likely diagnosis?is there a possibility that i have MVP?
Your symptoms are probably more common than you think. This is a very common description of chest pain associated with anxiety, especially the part about worsening pain when you are at rest and worrying. In situations like this the chest pain often gets better with exercise because it distracts you from what you are worrying about.
MVP is possible, but is usually suggested by the physical exam. There are some medications like SSRIs that can do wonders for this type of symptoms. Have you tried one yet?
I hope this helps. Thanks for posting.
