I am not a doctor and there are people who are better able to interpret parts of this evaluation than I am but I can give you my thoughts on what I see.  If your heart is healthy in general none of this is too alarming.  You had 231 pvcs of which 27 came as 2 in a row, you had 3 times when they came as a cycle of every other beat though it doesn't say how long that sustained and you had one run of 3 in a row which is technically vt but not the kind doctors pay much attention to.  You then had 123 pacs of which you had 3 times when they came 2 in a row and you had a 3 runs of them the longest lasting 100 beats but the other 2 must have been very short based on the fact you only had 123 pacs total. These runs are diagnosed as svt but not the same svt that is caused by an accessory pathway but by an irritable focus or the spot that throws off a pac.  At a top rate of 140 you may or may not have noticed symptoms.  So in general it does not sound like you have any big concerns here but your heart does seem a bit irritated.  I would discuss with the doctor about the svt and see what they say.  Not sure the type it is would be easy to fix though but it is best to get this interpreted by your doctor regardless as I am not an expert.  So did you have any symptoms?  What prompted getting the monitor?

It could definitely be contributing to the runs.  Maybe cut back on the caffeine and see if it helps your heart to settle down.  I know mine can be very jumpy the more caffeine I drink.  As well cut back on carbohydrates and sugar as they seem to affect the heart as well.
