I can suggest that with your episodes of kneeling down for however long your down for and then standing up is just your blood flow (pressure) adjusting. If you are feeling the sensation of passing out, I suggest you try to stand up more slowly, or stand up more oftenly.

The adrenaline and eating is a normal sign if heart flutters as it happens to most of the public, some just notice it and some dont. Its when you start to notice it constantly (20 times plus a minute or close to that) when you should consult your family doctor about the sensations and some simple tests can be ordered to rule out anything serious. Depending on your age, when the last time you had a check up done, or if you have been feeling these flutters often, that maybe suggesting this to you family doctor and getting some follow up work just to be on the safe side.

But the majority of the time, its nothing to worry about, it completely normal what your experiencing. What you can take to help? Well there is always a prevention plan in place that can help. Notice what foods you are consuming for a week and see what brings on the flutters more than normal. Usually fast foods, anything with caffiene, junkfood, alcohol, smoking, can lead to these flutters.Try to go for a walk after dinner if you can to lower your stress levels down (if your stressed or not noticing it) and that can help with the adrenaline factor after awhile. Usually if your experiencing adrenaline type flutters, the best way if there bothering you without ruining your quality of life is to do the opposite of what your doing and that should help alot. Theres alot of little things people can suggest, doctors can do, medications that can help, but overall, just live life to the fullest and dont let the fluttters get in the way of living your life! Take care

I agree w. Kane...its probably your blood pressure adjusting....you need to make sure tho that you let your doc know that this is happening ...when it happens make sure if you feel like you are going to pass out that you sit down and put your heart between your knees and it should pass.......call the doc tho....
