atrial fib and midly enlarged aorta
I have been diagnosed with chronic atrial fibralation and a mily enlarged aorta.  I am on both blood pressure medicine and a medicine to decrease my heart rate. I walk for 45-60 minutes 4-5 times a week. Is there a risk with adding additional walks or time?

From the little you've told us I will conclude your heart condition is under the care of a medical doctor.

I suffer from permanent (chronic?  I don't know that term, does it mean all the time, 24 hours a day?) AFib and my cardiologist recommends I exercise regularly.  All should keep their exercise within the heart rate limits.  The guide many of us use is HR = 80%(220-age)... if this HR is handled well (no serious shortness of breath or dizziness, for example) one might go to 90%... even 100% for short periods, a few minutes.
