betablocker in pregnant women

by ebaez, Aug 19, 2009 09:25PM
A 26 yo patient is in her 23 week of prenancy. She has sinusal tachycardia ( average HR 120 ). Echocardiogram showed a mild mitral valve prolapse. She has been tachicardic before becoming pregnant. How should she be treated?
Thanks
