I am 36 year old man, during routine health check up . My EKG showed
sinus tachycardia with HR 108bpm
Right budle branch block
Left anterior fascicular block
inferior infarct,age undetermined
After consulting doctor he told me nothing to worry 10% normal peoples have same problem with ealthy heart but i am afraid that there is something wrong.
From what I read bifascicular block is related to the bundle branch block condition and I also recall from reading many people have branch blocks and live normal lives.
The tachycardia of 108, if at rest and sustained I'd talk to the doctor about some using/trying a low dose beta blocker to see it you can get that rate down below 100. This is more important in my mind if you have other troubling symptoms. The HR of 108 is in the lower range of what is defined as tachycardia, and if your doctor doesn't consider it requires treatment, then that seems to be the answer.
