blood pressure swings/ headache

I am suffering constant headaches and feel totally stressed although I normally have low blood pressure.  I am going through the menopaus and wonder if this is normal? Age 51.

I think you may be on the wrong site.  This one is for heart rhythm but i am sure there must be a menopause site here within MedHelp.  If you look to the upper right of this page you have some choices for health pages that you can look at.  And yeah unfortunately what you are going thru is very normal.  Been there done that........
