why is my blod pressure difrent from right anf left arm .
left arm tends to be like 122-125 over 75-80 and my right arm is like 135-139 over 85-92
is that normal i do it first left then right

I would expect any two reading of BP to be different, even if taken in the same arm.  I can't say how much difference is too much, but in your case I'd keep checking for a few days and if you get many readings in the 140/80+ range you should discuss with your doctor.

The accuracy of your method and equipment is not known from your post.  If you're using a stethoscope and arm cuff your accuracy is dependent on how expert your "ear" is.

I assume you are not on any BP medication.
