bradycardia

hey ,,i have a bradycardia about 55 per min,,,ecg ,,echoo,,tsh,,cbc,,,cl,,k,,ca,,na,,,are alll normalll ,.,,and asloo i have bp =100/50 ,,,wight =90   hight =175 ,, i do no sports ,,and i dont take any medication ,,some one told me  you have a pro with ur ANS !! bcoz of  Masturbation is that r8  plz help ??

Sorry, I don't understand what the problem is.

Your heart is fine according to the tests. 55 BPM is not a concern at all, usually a sign of a strong and healthy heart. I assume your heart rate increases properly when you are active, in example when masturbating (which I guarantee has nothing to do with a slow heart rate).

After sex or masturbation it's normal and common to get a slower heart rate.

Your blood pressure is in the lower range, so if you are feeling dizzy or unwell, it may be a good idea to ask your doctor how you can make it increase or stabilize.

thnx for the replay ,,,how should i get strong heakthy heart when i do smoke and i dont play any kind of sport and my wight  90 kg  .

i did these test but all of them are normal :

1- ecg   normal
2- echo  normal
3- cbc and electro "cl,k,ca,na"   are alsoo  normal
4- tsh : are normal  
all these test are normal ,,why my heart always beat 55 , i just want to know  sex or masturbation  could damage autonomic nervous system  and according to the damage ,,the   slow the heart rate and low blood pressure appears ??

and i need to know about  alprazolam and escitalopram  and if they effect on the heart rate because the doctor said ,,,has no effects  and thnx again

sorry I'm trying to understand your post and questions; so I may have misunderstood what you're talking about - your HR at 55 isn't too alarming; normal is 60-100 depending on the day/time when you ate or drank last, how long you sat before taking it how nervous you were and many other things

I'm not sure who told you that sex could damage your ANS? what basis did they say it would damage the ANS? more likely your ANS has a problem and may have affected your sex life; a simple miscommunication between brain, ANS, CNS, heart etc. could cause a multitude of problems throughout your body

Many doctors do not understand ANS issues; and if you're having any issues it may be due to meds if those listed are what you're taking.

one side effect I do see with Benzo's and SSRi's they have been shown to affect sexual functions

if your doctor says it's ok and you're healthy there's no reason why you can't walk or ride a bike if you choose - start slow and work your way up to at leats 30 minutes 3 times weekly to keep a strong healthy heart; also google interval training it works wonders for getting back into a routine and will help so lactic acid won't build up.
