breathing problems i need help please

at night i have trouble breathing ihvae to take deep breaths to be ok for a couple of seconds and i need to yawn but i have massive trouble yawning if i dont take a deep breatn i feel like im not breathing and freak out i need help

Heart related shortness of breath (SOB) would most times show up when on your "feet" and doing at least some low level of physical activity.  General at rest SOB would not occur from heart problems (congestive heart failure) without SOB all the time, I believe.

Think about the SOB and what you're doing, I took "at night" to mean bed time.  If it happens when you are trying to sleep, try different sleeping positions, and pillows, and talk with the folks on the above Community.
