This patient support community is for discussions relating to heart rhythm issues, arrhythmia, irregular heartbeat, implanted defibrillators, pacemakers, and tachycardia.
Well were you actually injured in the crash? How old are you? If you weren't hurt at all then there would be no connection. If you are older, then the need for a pacemaker becomes more commonCommon cold.
Did your dr shed any light on this? Interesting question and I would wonder what he/she said re your question. Will you be on meds for this? Do you know what the arrhythmia is and have you had many 'events' since the accidents, like every day or so??
