cardiac ablation

I had an ablation done for svt during proceedure I  was shocked twice I went into v-fib is this normal has it happened to anyone else?

If you look in my journals, you'll find my whole experience with my ablation.  

My pvc's orginated at the very bottom underside of my heart, where it's thin and dangerous to ablate.  I had long runs of polymorphic VTach; sustained that went into Vfib 3 times where my heart stopped and they had to use paddles.

Did they do a cardiac MRI or implant ICD as a precaution? My cardiac MRI was normal, they did a cardiac cath which showed no kinks, clots or blocks and I had to have a pacemaker/defibrillator implanted.

Did they give you any clues what caused yours? Mine were no known cause.
