chest pains

hiya i have had really bad chest pains all day, i have pains going down my arm and round the chest area but only on the right side could you tell me what it could be?

I agree with Irene. If you've been having bad chest pains all day, you really should have it checked out.  Even it ends up being nothing, you'll feel so much better when you're told that by a physician.

There are many things that could cause the pain: lung problem, gas, gall bladder, muscle pain and possibly heart. If you're feeling that terrible you should really be seen by a doctor. Please don't let it go on when there's help available.
