what do these result mean EF 50%, RA/RV mild MR,Aortic Tricuspid mild/mod TR?

not sure of all of it---
EF is ejection fraction or fracture lol--anyway--I think 50% means normal
Mild mitral regurgitation (supposidly harmless)
mild tricuspid -- regurgitaion would also be supposidly harmless--but not sure what you mean by mild/mod---sounds like it is borderline moderate---Needs cardiologist care

RA/RV=Right Atrium/Right Ventricle; there was mild regurgitation found

Aortic Tricuspid mild/mod TR?=Aortic Valve;Tricuspid Valve; there is questionable mild to moderate tricuspid regurgitation
  
In my opinion, you have valvular problems with your heart/Valvular Heart disease.

have you had any type of major infection or major inflammation?

normally mild or trace dr's will not do anything about, but that moderate TR and EF you will want to get checked by a cardiologist to see what's causing them

have you had an echo before to compare these to?  do you have any symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, swelling?
