I think I know what you're talking about. I've had what I described as little shocks running through me even in the daytime but not often. It's can occur when I'm not feeling very well.
Of course my son thought I was nuts when I explained to him, but at least I know it can happen.
I can say kind of like a startled feeling. Weird.
its good to know that someone else understands what i meant. and you are right only happened the one time, and it scared me silly. couldnt go back to sleep for awhile after that. hopefully that wont happen again, thanks so much for the input and goodnight to yo too.
Hello~Sometimes when our bodies are starting to relax, they will sometimes "jerk", some cases can be pretty noticeable and can wake you up, however, this usually happens while you are still a little awake. The shock could have been due to all the nerve endings responding; have you been under a lot of stress lately? Usually nerve endings are responsible for the "shock" feeling and tingling.
no electricity in bed, i just stated how it made me feel.
This is a new one for me..including not seeing it before on this posting community.
Is there any electricity in your bed, blanket, pad, ... ?
How do you compare the experience to an electric shock, have you ever had an electric shock while awake (happen to touch the 120 VAC somehow)?
