Extrasysoles are simply extra beats and everyone on the planet has them; they are actually a back-up system for the normal SA and AV Nodes in the heart.This is not any type of disease and is perfectly normal in the human heart. They certainly are not dangerous for an 18 year old girl unless she already has SEVERE heart disease such as a cardiomyopathy and needs a transplant. If this is a 'problem' they would have her taking a beta blocker type drug and that would take care of the 'problem' Take care
