extrasystolic and hypotension

I am a 42yr old woman, I am 4' 11" tall, 126lbs and have a heart rate of 46-52bpm. My blood pressure is usually between 90 over 58. I also suffer from extrasystolic paplitations. What am I suffering from?? What can I do to stop the palpitations

I can't help but will ask if your diagnosis is self or provided by a medical doctor?

I also note the BP and HR are both low and could cause some symptoms, but you don't mention any - are your short of breath or ever dizzy?  I do not know about a relationship between height and BP/HR, it may be that a person your size has "low" numbers.  My experience is as a person 6' 6" tall, the other end of the spectrum.
