fast heart beat help..

Since the other day my heart has been beating on and off faster than usual or so it seems. I have for the last 4 weeks been under extreme pressure and emotional stress. I have anxiety issues and wasnt eating well either prior to this happening. It began early morning.. i thought it would go away.. I layed down woke few hours later and was okay til i got up and moved around.. It does seem to go away after a while til i think about it again..

I am thin, exercise and have no family history of heart conditions.

I am not sure if I am overworrying about this and causing it myself. I tend to Obsess over things like this..

My heart rate at its highest... during panic about 112. But generaly between 92 - 99.

My pulse rate currently is 80 was a bit lower earlier. heart rate 92 beats per minute but to me it seems faster and harder.. maybe im making myself crazy.

Ty  for your input. I went to the ER yesterday night.. My EKG was fine, they saw nothing wrong.. After they gave told me i was fine my heart rate dropped more to the normal range even tho i was still shaken. They told me to cut down on stress and gave me some meds to help me calm down. My BP is normal as well. I am glad I went tho cause i was able to ask questions that normally i wouldnt get answers to. I was mainly worried cause i thought i had something terribly wrong.

A rest HR below 100 is not considered dangerous...but it is in general better to be closer to 60.  I suffer from Atrial Fibrillation and that, even with a beta blocker, puts me in the 80s when at rest.

Anxiety and worry (same thing?) can cause high HR.  If it continues and if you can't get yourself in a calm state-of-mind you should discuss with a doctor.
