had a heart attack at 15 another one?

I had a heart attack at 15 due to some bad behaviors I was engaging in(eating disorder issues) I was shipped off to treatment shortly after my recovery and haven't had a problem since that with eating or my heart.

I recently started having problems with my eating again then the heart problems show up again. There is no heart damage from the old heart attack(luckily) had an EPS study, all showed ok, had the whole cardiac workup, everythings fine.

recently started using ipecac syrup, never have before and have been having problems as of last night

left sided chest pain felt directly "in" the heart
pain radiating to my shoulders down my left arm
shortness of breathe
when laying down having fluid buildup in the lungs

my first thought was a heart attack, though i've had one prevously I have no recollection of the symptoms.

this  morning i'm having the left arm pain with some shortness of breathe,
any ideas?

You need to go to the ER immediately.. First off because of your heart history and these new symptoms. They need to be checked out..The symptoms you are experience can be of a very serious nature.. Second off, because you have relapsed and are again experience eating disorder issues.. This must be addressed immediately.. I dont need to tell you how lucky you are to still have your life.. Dont lose it this time.. Get help immediately.. First rule out a second heart attack, and then check yourself back into a treatment program.

Get to a doctor now, it sounds like heart failure, or an impending heart attack. On top of that your electrolyte levels are probably out of whack and could cause problems with the way your heart beats.
