what does this mean?  SPECT imaging demonstrats reversible perfusion defect in the basal to mid inferior and sptal walls.  Gated imaging demonstrates resting ejection fraction of 37% and left ventricular end diastolic volume of 101 ML.  Cine imaging demonstrates decreased wall motion and thickening in the inferios and septal walls.
Abnormal myocardial perfusion imaging study with evidence of exercise induced ischemia in the basal to mid inferior and septal walls.  Depress left ventrical ejection Fraction of 37%.

Did your doctor talk to you about these findings?  If not, he probably will.  The "exercise induced ischemia" means that when you're very active, there is a part of your heart that is not getting enough oxygenation.  Ischemia is a sort of "dead area."  An EF of 37% is a bit low.  I think your doctor should be talking to you about all of this.  I don't want to steer you wrong.
