harmfull pvcs' angina

can anyone tell me if what i experienced was angina?

i had a huge fight with my 4year old, he started kicking me , i got very upset yelled at him.

later i had a feeling like someone got hold of my left breast (tightness) and a feeling like i was
getting very hot.. not in the middle of my chest, tightness on my left breast.

i am 32 fem with hashimotos, very mild mpv with mitral regurg. not overweight, not smoking
watch my diet, no cholesterol or tirglykerides and exercise mildly.

was it stress or could it be angina?

i do suffer from anxiety and now i'm sick with worry,

i had a negative stress test 2 years ago and a clear echocardio(triplex) 10 months ago.

anyway, later i had an anxiety or panic attack - chills , temp went down to 34.8 and had terrible strong pvcs and
slight increase in bp.

they stopped when i fell asleep. to top everything up i just got my period!!

do you think i;ve harmed my heart in any way !

sounds like stress which releases adrenaline into your blood which wrecks havoc on your body, can cause chest tightening, etc.  i think a panic attack could definitely exacerbate your pvc's.  beta blockers work to block adrenaline and other similar chemicals from affecting your heart.

I agree, sounds like the best advice is to concentrate on relaxing...yes had to do. You must have some methods that work, calling a friend or relative and talking.  Maybe putting you feelings down on this community will help relax.  We're pulling for you and I hope you get some input from our many female members, surely some can relate some experience they have had to your symptoms.  Us guys can draw directly from personal experience to much of what you've said.
