head injury and POTS

by derwood60, Apr 22, 2009 02:41PM
I had a car accident a little over a year ago. I had a head injury and was having problems with a very high heart rate. I was passing out everytime I stood up. They did lots of tests and told me I have POTS. My question is if I got this from the car accident will this heal and make the POTS go away. I have been having more trouble with it since I went back to work about 1 month ago.

I think you question is beyond the competence of most of us on this Community, but there may be someone who has had a similar experience.  Regardless, I think your question should be discussed with your doctor.
