heart beat fast blood presure 135/75

I am concern.  For the last five or seven days, my heart beat raises after luch and stays thay way until late night. I feel chest pressure and dificult breathing. I went to walmart and tested my blood pressure; it was 135/75 I am scared.  before that, I started to experience diziness.  I turned 40 and have suffered from acid reflux and gastritis.  I noticed my feet bones hurt and con no longer use high hill.  May all this be related?  Please help.

Also, I have difficulty going to sleep so the last three nights I have taken a shot of Tequila.  I am worry that this may affect my health further, but I need to sleep. Please help!

I would call your doctor's office today and tell them about the heart racing, chest pressure, dizziness, and trouble sleeping the last 3 nights. They can direct you from there. Good luck.

You will see other threads on this forum where many of us have these attacks triggered by indigestion.  There is help for it, but I know how frightening it is.
