heart issues

I have had some sudden changes with my body and I am not getting the answers to I am a 49 year old female 5 ft 3 and approximately 140 pounds  I say this I can gain up to 30 pounds in a couple hours with edema
For 8 years I had high blood pressure.  I found out after being gone from the country for 19 months my cholesterol went through the roof one the good was 202 the bad 288 and the tribulates was over 100 high as well I began to have chest pains that sometimes I feel more in the middle of my back sometimes I feel the pain in my shoulder and jaw the chest pains sometimes feel like something  feel as if someone is squeezing my heart other times just a ache when this begins my BP will suddenly rise up  with the edema I get in my legs feet hands stomach if my Bp is 100/70 my pulse is running 115 to 119 beats per mins I haven’t been blow the 90 beats per mins even with the pulse rushing up to  158/95 none of these things is my normal at times I can go through clean up the house no problems till either the night time or next day I get so warn out so fast when the chest pains are about to be felt I start to sweat badly I get this flush feeling and then sweating.  I take a nitro tablet usually one relives the pains sometimes the 2nd one is needed I am never sure when to take a nitro or if the new things like shoulder pain or pain in my neck is a thing I should be taking one for I can follow lines from my neck to my chest of pains
Can someone please give me an idea of what the heck is going on I don’t understand how even my BP would after 8 years suddenly go below normal and how my heart rate could be so high all the time.

Sorry about my typo, it appears you read my first "can" as the intended "can't".

Good, you have been checked by a cardiologist.  I don't recall what it is that Nitro does to relieve pains related to the heart, but if prescribed by your doctor it must be the right thing to do for some relief.  Has your cardiologist given a diagnosis/name on your condition?

Given your heart checks out fine, it may be you need to discuss with other medical expertise, have you discussed with your primary (family/general) doctor?

Thank you for the response I have seen a cardiologist  I have had an ECO and a stress test done so far the stress test has shown I do have a good  flow of blood and good muscle tone in my heart which is some relief  the biggest time of day I get the pains into my jaw is at night depends on what I did that day is how sever the pains can be during the day time The Nitro at least does good at relieving the pains I am always very active and I enjoy doing the things I do so this is getting a bit old very fast

I can be of any specific help to any of the symptoms, but I can say I think you should discuss with a doctor.  The list of symptoms need to be check "hands-on" by a medical doctor.
