I have been experiencing tightness and pressure in the left region of my chest.  I am overall pretty healthy.  Whats wrong?

Your description is far too general for any real inputs.

Check you resting heart rate, and blood pressure and try to note any irregularity in your HR if it exists.  Try to give us more facts.

In any event, symptoms that have not been checked by a doctor are worth making an appointment for a check-up.
