heart palpitation after lunch and dinner

sir. myself ranjith, four months back i had triglycirides level upto 575, now reduced it to 185, by continuos walking and medicine tablet of finofibrate,  now i started feeling unusual of heart palpitations particularly in rest time after lunch and the same occurs after dinner also, still am keep walking in morning times, kindly suggest is this an disease related to heart arrithmiasis, thanks

I (we) have no way of knowing from your post what you mean by "palpitations" in terms of severity or in relationship to what is "Normal" for you.  That said, I can offer the opinion that some change in HR after eating is normal as the digestive system is more active and requires more blood circulation.  I believe in most people this does not result in any sense of heart palpitations.

Keep up the exercise, that is good and clearly you improvement in triglycerides is good an necessary. A triglyceride level of 180 is still a bit high in my mind.
