heart problems

hello

1. my hear t has been fluttering and it feels like a fish flipping around.
2. i had a real bad pain in my throat about 2 months ago. it wasn't a soar throat like a cold it was like a lymph node was swollen or something.
3. my left arm hurts at times right under my arm pit and really bad across the back of my left shoulder blade. the pains across my shoulder blade as everyday they did not star happening until after the neck pain.
3. i also have very bad leg pain on the left side.

do these symptons sound like i couls be in any danger of heart failure. i took my blood pressure recently and the systolic was 137. i hope that you can help me with some advice.

This does not sounds like heart failure.  Heart failure usually presents as fatigue, leg swelling, shortness of breath, waking in the middle of the night short of breath and sometimes sweaty that gets better when you sit up.  you didn't mention of the big buzz words.  You should talk to your doctor about your symptoms, but I am not familiar with diagnosis that would cause all of the above.
