heart rate recovery at varying degrees of exercise

Is there a sliding scale for heart rate recovery at different levels of exertion ? If say, my heart slows by 20 bpm one minute after max heart rate, what can be said about the recovery rate at 70% max heart rate? Is there anyway to determine heart rate recovery without taking my heart to max heart rate?

Everyones body is different with recovery times w. their heart during exercise but i think one of the things that would work great for you w. what you have explained is a bioharness becaise it can be set for your body specifically.  What you have asked is a very broad question and the bioharness i think is the way to go unless you are checked in a medical setting and that gets kind of expensive.  The factors that figure into this alot are oxygen levels, hydration, even sleep the nite before....there are alot of factors here but i would definately check out the harness.  Good luck
