heart spasm feeling

last night i got a heart spasm feeling and my heart was pausing at the same time and my breath was took away for a couple of seconds. i have had tests done on my heart over the past year which have came back fine, just occasional ventricular ectopics. im also feeling unsteady and getting occasional head rushes and chest discomfort and at times feeling like im not getting enough oxygen even though im calm. the doctor says it's anxiety but i dont feel anxious. i have been through worse anxiety in the past and never felt symptoms like these. there really scaring me.

It is good you have checked yourself out with the medical experts.  Maybe you should ask for a medication to ease anxiety, even if you don't think you have any, to see it that helps.  

You don't what to just let it go on an and feel frightened, which will most likely cause its own problems.
