Re-reading my response above I see a couple of key typos, sorry.
1) I sometimes type "you" when I'm thinking "your"... most can read through these I think
2) In the last sentence the "I not" should have been "I note".
As I said, I don't feel vibration from AFib, or AFlutter, I now suffer from AFib (only I believe), but I do see a higher heart rate (HR). When not treated with a beta blocker my resting HR is around 135, and with 100 mg Metoprolol it is in the 80s, and in the 70s when fully at rest.
Few who post on this community describe there heart rhythm problem as a vibration, but I have seen it from time-to-time.
Atrial flutter and fibrillation may have a vibration feeling to some, when I have them I do not feel any vibration. Still, it is possible that you feel something that goes unnoticed in my body.
I not too that a muscle strain or other damage may cause it to twitch...maybe feel like a vibration.
