Some of this is beyond my experience too. I'll try to explain what I do know.
valvular regurgitation -- is a condition in which a valve doesn't close tightly, which allows blood to flow backward in your heart. Regurgitation is characterized as trace, mild, moderate or severe. Mild is somewhat normal as one gets older.
Ejection fraction of 45-50% is slightly below normal (55-70% is normal). Given that you had 4 bypasses, this is probably an excellent number indicating LV function is almost nomal.
"Left and right atrium mildly dilated". Again, this is nothing to be too concerned about. Very common.
"Mild thickening of the Mitral and Aortic leaflet tips" -- the leaflets are part of the valve. A slight thickening prevents complete closing of the valve and is probably causing the regurgitation. Again, not too serious.
"Inferior and Basal anterior wall hypokinsia" --I'm mostly guessing on this one. I recall this has something to do with how much movement/contraction the ventricle walls undergo when beating. Apparently, portions of the ventricle walls are not contracting normally... but judging from your good EF, it appears the hyprkinesia is not serious.
Of course, I'm not a doctor. Your cardiologist is the one to interpret these results. He/she willwill likely interpret this based on your age and the results of earlier tests (to see if your condition is improving or getting worse). On the whole, my guess is that the results appear promising considering your hsitory of bypass surgery.
Best wishes
